FREE Standard Shipping for Australian orders over $150!
Standard Shipping (2-8 business days): $10.00 for orders under $150
(None of these times include dispatch time.)
Express Shipping (1-4 business days): $15.00 for all orders.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you do not wish to keep your products upon receiving them, you are welcome to return them for a full refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.
All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card will be left, and your parcel will be available for collection at your local post office.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If a customer grants the shipping company authority to leave the parcel without a signature, Coffee Beans and the shipping company are not liable if the parcel is stolen.

This service requires a signature upon delivery, as it is the most secure shipping method.
You may leave order notes requesting your parcel be delivered to reception, but we recommend adding this instruction to your shipping address, as we cannot manually add notes in our E-parcel system.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delivery delays caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control. Estimated shipping times are provided by the delivery companies and may vary by location.
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting dispatch.

Australia Post or DHL Express will also send a link to your phone/email via their On-Demand Delivery Service, allowing you to update delivery preferences.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customs or Import Charges: Additional fees may apply upon delivery. Coffee Beans is not responsible for these costs.
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees that are charged once the package reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES
Customers may incur charges for purchasing and importing products into their country. Coffee Beans does not cover customs or import fees; these are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as they vary by country.
If these charges are unpaid and the parcel is Returned to Sender, Coffee Beans authorizes DHL Express/Australia Post to destroy the parcel. The parcel will not be returned to our facility, and no refund will be issued for the order.
