Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind
We accept returns for a change of mind. However, the customer is responsible for return postage costs and must ensure the product is sent back on time and safely to us in order to process the refund. We will only approve the refund if the product arrives undamaged, in its original condition, and in a resellable state.
Received Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
We will provide a free return label for you to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will process your refund or exchange the product you purchased.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Returns:

International returns will be issued a full refund once received back at our warehouse.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded for "change of mind" returns. Only the product value will be refunded.

Coffee Beans does not cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel, as Coffee Beans is not responsible if your return goes missing in transit.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
